I'm a 1st year Analyst coming up on the 2-year mark and I've yet to work on a debt or equity financing deal...I'm lateraling and I'm fully expecting to work on one at my new firm, does anyone have a debt / equity financing model they could share or resources to utilize so I can get spun up and don't start out looking like a dumbass at my new firm?
