I don't see anything wrong with just being honest and telling your interviewer that you just didn't like the location. Honestly, it was probably way harder to decline your offer, and then convince the manager there that you weren't arrogant.
If anything, the new group sees dedication to that office/location. You got an offer- you're a leg up on the 'unfiltered' competition, and they KNOW you want to work there because you turned down an SA for that location. You're in a good spot, I wouldn't worry.
I see no problem being honest, although you might have been able to save yourself the time by indicating interest in another office earlier. Only advice would be, don't let your prior offer go to your head and let your guard down. You need to be on top of your game just like before in order to outshine everyone else. Good luck.
