Delaying Graduation
Thoughts on delaying graduation by a semester to rerecruit SA? Any risks, has anyone done this before? Thinking about doing study abroad my senior year.

I delayed my graduation because I had to (i added a degree). It didn’t really make that much of a difference and at the time I got in with a small boutique and just started full time later one. I personally wouldn’t do it unless you needed to add a degree or you have yet to crack an IB internship. Just make sure you’re ultra prepared for your interviews (i.e technicals) so you didn’t do it for no reason.
I also want to add, that I never traveled abroad, but my sister did (both of us somehow in IB) and she still talks about it to this day and it was like 5+ years ago. Definitely travel abroad, you have your whole life to work and I can reassure you that traveling is much more fun than IB lol.
Would taking the extra semester be justified with study abroad?
The only reason people love study abroad is because they can goof off in a foreign country for a semester and making new friends/connections is easy when you’re all just hanging out together taking BS classes.
