Delaying graduation for another SA stint
If I have an SA stint for this summer but decide to hold back graduation to get another SA, how does this work? Assuming the internship ends August, by that time almost every bank will have already conducted interviews for next year's SAs. Anyone want to shed light on how this happens?

You recruit while they're still interviewing people. Don't really get what's confusing. Why would you wait until they're done?
