This might not be the most analytical opinion, but I would go with Dartmouth or JHU here, leaning Dartmouth. You can pick and choose value vs. brand for grad school (or not) but you only ever get one undergrad degree and it’s pretty much required to get a job in this industry. Dartmouth will likely always carry weight on your resume and open you up to amazing opportunities down the line. JHU is similarly prestigiou but strikes me as a more healthcare-based network.

I would personally 100% go Dartmouth. Unless your family won't financially support you and you'll be graduating with $320K in loans outstanding, I think the opportunities make it more than worth it. They have an extremely tight knit alumni network, a very strong presence on the street, and high general prestige. JHU is obviously a respected school but has nowhere near the same placement in finance and consulting - and frankly, Dartmouth would likely be a much more fun experience. BU really shouldn't even be in the conversation.

And for the record, I don't go to Dartmouth, so this is coming from someone with little vested interested in any of the schools.

My Parents would cover almost all of the cost and leave ~5k/year for me to work and pay off If I were to choose Dartmouth. We wouldn't have to take on any debt, though Dartmouth would more than 1/3 of my parent's annual income.
