Yes, it is in Germany. Or rather was, as they start to fall quite a bit behind the three mentioned. Still above the other BB though

OP is referring to DB Germany....probably different than DB US. Even when DB was cutting a year ago they said that they wanted to go back to being a German bank, which means they still intend to be strong in Germany.
They try to do the whole Goldman thing - cahooting with shady fixers and eminences, disregarding the laws of God and Man and such - but it always come back to bite them in the Arsch. If you can´t stand the heat, leave the kitchen, is what I´m saying, ya know?
