Deloitte IB vs Hedge Fund

After years of reading WSO and dreaming, I’ve received two offers and get to ask for yalls opinion!
I received and IB offer from Deloitte, and a hedge fund offer from the infamous Tiger Edge Partners & Co.
Deloitte pay is ~120k, and TEPC is obviously much higher at ~400k. Deloitte is only 60h/w, while TEPC is much worse at 80-100h/w.
Which is better? Also, which will set me up better for my long term goal of Corp Dev at a F500 company?
