Curious if DB IB have folks have gotten their bonus numbers yet. A recruiter reached out about an industry coverage role at Assoc1 or Assoc2 level and I'm wondering where comp landed for the year. The latest data on WSO is an Assoc1 from 2021 with $150k base, $125k salary but this seems a bit low in the current environment.
Does anyone have some color on comp for last year and how it looks for the year ahead?
