Deutsche vs WF
A year back i got offered two similar positions at Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo. I’m returning as a full time analyst at 1.
Wondering what thoughts are between the two firms

Career Resources
If IB and looking for 2 and out to PE, go DB. If looking to be a career banker, go WF.
In the past it would be DB hands down but now I think its group dependent. Generally DB groups are stronger for exits but if you can guarantee a top group at Wells you could make an argument.
If both for banking than DB you can exit to PE easily, if career banking still DB then lateral
Agree w the above, better PE exits from DB
Wells is still (obviously) a really great gig. Both have incredible new offices
