Difference between working on large vs. small IB Transactions?
Anyone have insight into how an IB Analysts's role differs when working on large ($1B+) vs. small deals (1-200mm)?
Guessing that a lot of differences may actually result from the type of firm that covers these deals (working at a BB vs. working at a boutique) as opposed to the work itself.
