Difficulty getting exits/laterals from IB

I've been working at a boutique IB for a bit as an analyst and have been actively recruiting for PE/FO/Startups. It seems like I get through 1-3 interviews with positive reviews and then get ghosted or told they found a more aligned applicant. My favorite is when I'm told that I'm too young or when they claim my paid analyst investing role (mid 7 figures of deployed capital based around my diligence) in college is not true work experience.IB laterals have pretty much told me they're really interested but wouldn't be looking to move forward until Q2/Q3 next year. The boutique I'm at has been complete hell, and I've had to deal with everything from an MD consistently telling me I'm producing "terrible" work (all the other MDs push through my materials with maybe 1-5 edits, sometimes none at all) to other associates actively trying to pawn their work off to me while I'm already on 3-6 deals at once. Hell one senior even told me he loved to mess with other peoples work to get ahead back in the day and later praised an analyst for essentially verbally abusing the offshore team for delivering a CIM due on Wednesday on Wednesday at 9 am rather than 6 am. The real icing on the cake is I'm making less than minimum wage here on an hourly basis and am being paid far below market.I've essentially tapped out at this point; I'm working at a pitch shop where we essentially suck engagement fees from companies that have no chance of selling or raising capital. All I want to do is make a move somewhere and it's been pretty futile for me.I would love to hear some advice from anyone else who has been able to escape one of these shops. It's been a grind, but I'm hopeful that I can find some way out.
