Diluted Shares Calculation
How do we know which call options are in the money if the 10-Qs and 10-Ks only give you the weighted average exercise price? Wouldn't we need a table breaking out all the different options and their individual exercise prices to find which ones are ITM? Where can I find this info?
the company im looking at is $LCUT
Just treat all the outstanding as one tranche at the average price. Remember, TSM mediates the dilutive effect for options that are close to market price, so it’s a good estimate.
Remember to add in (unvested) RSUs and PSUs as well (act as if strike price = zero).
