Diluted Shares Calculation
How do we know which call options are in the money if the 10-Qs and 10-Ks only give you the weighted average exercise price? Wouldn't we need a table breaking out all the different options and their individual exercise prices to find which ones are ITM? Where can I find this info?

Just treat all the outstanding as one tranche at the average price. Remember, TSM mediates the dilutive effect for options that are close to market price, so it’s a good estimate.
Remember to add in (unvested) RSUs and PSUs as well (act as if strike price = zero).
