Director vs MD power?
I had a superday and one of my interviewers was a director and one was an MD. I think my interview with the director went really well, whereas my interview with the MD was just good. Will the MD have more final say?

Hard to say.
At the end of the day, you will be working much more closely with the director day to day, but the MD obviously has the most veto power. Unless the MD feels strongly one way or the other, the director could probably push you through if he really liked you.
