Ditching finance for AI startups - how to proceed

I'm in a strong M&A group in SF/Menlo Park - looking to leave IB, PE/VC behind and jump to the AI startup space. I managed to reach out to a number of founders / get on calls and in a couple of interview processes for operations roles. Wondering what resources/boards there are for jobs focused on AI startups for those of you working on the transition as well. Have friends in MBB who have more easily been able to transition which makes enough sense I suppose. Thank you!

Just jumped and am starting next week. Also keen to hear any advice from people on how to ramp up!

Most of the interesting jobs don't have postings—hiring in silicon valley is very relationship driven/informal, at least in early/mid stage.

I currently work at an AI startup, we're potentially looking for some ex-finance people to hone GTM and sales into financial institutions. Feel free to PM.
