Diversity programs for Graduate students

Hey guys,

I am currently a part-time MSF student at a target (think Georgetown/Vandy) and am working FT in transaction advisory (M&A) at a boutique consulting firm trying to break into banking after the program (will finish MSF May 2023).

I am Hispanic and unfortunately, I never did any diversity programs in college and was wondering if Investments banks have diversity/insight programs for Graduate students? Does anybody know any BBs', EB's, or MM's that have diversity/insight programs for graduate students? Many thanks in advance!!

From my understanding MSF students are viewed similar to undergrad students (as you would join as an analyst) for recruiting purposes. I would assume this is also true for diversity programs, meaning you are essentially eligible for a lot of the programs undergrad students participate in. However most are targeted for sophomores and you are essentially a rising senior
