I will start full-time at a BB this summer at a firm that has a 2-year analyst program, so I am curious if when you get the offer to become an AS0 during the summer you receive a signing/promotion bonus along with the salary bump? Also considering the fact that bonuses for ASO, VP's, etc. are paid in January at my firm. Thank in advance!
