Do Analysts have any pull in Non-core recruiting.

For networking in SA and full-time processes, would analysts be able to pull someone in for a first round interview or is that only in control of VP and up.

If anyone is a first-year or currently a second year have you guys been successful in single-handedly getting someone in an interview?

Does this depend on bulge bracket vs boutique / middle market or do analysts have power regardless.

Also, does this apply to first-year analyst recruiting also specifically for no-core.

Everyone on the desk has say internally...this is from a semi-target coming who had multiple interviews and offers at all of the usual firms. Networking is huge, never ever discount it.
