Do firms have quotas for their target schools?
For those involved in campus recruiting: ie does firm tell their campus recruiting team for a target school "you can only give x number of applicants an interview, and from there you can only give y a superday, and then from there z an offer etc etc" or is the process more nuanced? Thanks
