Currently at a LMM boutique, have closed 3 deals in just over a year in the industrials space (EBITDA range 3-20mm), I’m paid just under street. The plan originally was to lateral to a MM bank after a year, but due to the market opportunities are pretty poor. If I stay another year I should complete 5 more based on current live deals. Do I continue searching for an exit or just give up? Getting discouraged by the lack of opps rn
