Do we keep getting raises of Inflation goes gang busters?

Obviously if you have cash comp like most junior bankers, then with inflation will eat away at or base and rolls that provide equity are generally going to look more attractive.  With that being said if Inflation does come to fruition do you think junior bankers will keep getting larger pay raises?
