Do y'all look at the interviewer during your virtual interview?
For virtual interviewes do you look at the interviewer when answering questions or straight into the camera? I know it is advised to look at the camera but it feels so awkward not being able to see the interviewers reaction. What do yall do?
In zoom meetings I adjust the screen so the persons face is right below the camera. Then look at the persons face
