Do you get a deal toy for a SPAC IPO?
I know you would typically get a deal toy for a normal IPO but what about a SPAC where the level of work is pretty low, as soon as they make an acquisition the name will change, etc... I'm a first year working from home so I don’t really want to email anyone and ask “hey do I get my first deal toy for this?”
Anyone else that’s worked on SPACs, did you get a deal toy?
Depends totally on your group and how much they want to impress the client.
I've basically received deal toys for doing little more than wiping my ass. Don't ask for one. You are never entitled a deal toy. Just keep your fingers crossed and one might come your way.
