I use Instacart to get Costco delivered. I throw a sweet potato in the air fryer for 40 minutes. When there's 18 minutes left I'll throw some frozen chicken in and flip it with 9 minutes left and season it. Then I'll microwave some frozen vegetables. So it takes 40 minuntes but there' really no active cooking involved and I can shower or whatever.

My wife cooks ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But overall - not a good use of time to cook as an analyst/associate. In theory you could leave and WFH for rest of evening and cook at home but you're just delaying when you will be able to log off

Possible as a VP, but honestly unless you have a family or wife/reason to go home for dinner, more efficient to eat at office too. I don't have kids yet, but do try to make it home for dinner and then continue work afterwards. But that's primarily because my wife is ok with cooking - if not we'd either just order food or I'd eat at office before I came back
