Do you guys think that all BB will increase base salary for AN/ASO?

Please only respond this question if you have some experience in the industry or have some knowledge about it so that this thread can actually be helpful. Do you guys think that all BB will have a base salary increase following what happened with the GS survey? CS and BAML already increased their base salary for AN and ASO (also other firms but rn we are only focusing on BB). JPM announced that they won't be increasing the base salary.

From my perspective, all BB will have to increase the base salary as well since the other firms will have the extra incentive to attract top talent compared to those firms without the salary increase, especially at an ASO level where the difference is $25k per year.

What do you guys think? Should we expect the salary increase to be street-wide? Do you think it will happen within a year?
