Smoked for years and then shifted to Juul. I loved it but realized that its convenience made me double the nicotine intake. So I quit Juul and unfortunately went back to cigs recently. If you like Juul and have control, I would highly recommend it for its convenience in the workplace.

I used to try to hide packing lips and would occasionally get caught. Switched to Zyn which is super discrete (can have convos and other people won't notice). With Zyn you can start at 6mg and scale down to 3mg if trying to quit (also much healthier for you generally).
