Does Asian gay male count as diversity?
I know that asian men have it the worst when it comes to recruiting.
I’m an international Asian male contemplating on whether to pursue mba for associate position in BB IBD in the US, and was wondering if chances marginally improve if I’m gay?
I have leadership positions in lgbt organizations & am involved in an lgbt chapter at my firm. Also attended O4U in college
