Does Barclays take sophomore analysts?
I've seen some sophomore analysts on LinkedIn, some diversity and some not; however, I couldn't find any actual sophomore analyst program on their website. All I see is the sophomore springboard, and the junior program says juniors only.
Is this something thats exclusive through networking?
