Does base usually increase from An1 to An2?
Going in to MM IB and curious if my base is likely to increase each year or just larger bonus’s. Thx

Yes – in my MM, base went from $85k to $95k from 1st to 2nd year, albeit I have heard of it only going up $5k at certain banks. Either way, you should expect some amount of increase.
Was this pay bump explained in your original offer letter or just given to you around the one year mark?
ive never heard of an An1 to A2 or beyond not getting at least a 5k pay bump in base. My offer letter just said " on this date you will be eligible for promotion to Analyst 2" but other analyst at my firm have confirmed they got 5k bump each time. moving to A2A is different
