Does Minimum Cash equal to restrcited cash for operating modeling purchase?
If not, how to what should be min. cash if no clue in the 10K
Is this just for modeling fun? Hard to get an idea of minimum cash without talking to management, and using something like 1-2% of sales is sort of false precision. It’s not really a concept that’s related to restricted cash either which usually isn’t included in “cash and cash equivalents” anyways (not sure if your model is building to that or to cash and restricted cash).
I’d honestly just set it to zero, and if you’re worried about not modeling the extra interest from intra-period revolver draws accurately, I’d see if they disclose some kind of average balance.

Is it material? If yes, then you need to do some digging to figure out how to model it. If not, I'd do a quick read of the note that covers the balance in the K. If its likely to scale with the business, then % of revenue is fine, otherwise just straight line the balance.
