No. Usually the sponsorship is reserved for associates when you’re already working as an analyst.
Appreciate the info. Do you know if they allow FT analyst to work through a 3-year OPT? (given that they don't sponsor H1B)
Case by case.sometimes banks will not want to do the 3 year OPT even if you “don’t require sponsorship” because of the uncertainty of what to do at the three year mark. I’ve heard others doing J1 visa and structuring the job as an “internship”. It really depends wish I could give you a direct answer. Analyst level is very very tricky. Associate becomes easier to navigate.

they do, very rarely, but yes they do in US.
