Does this likely mean that i will get the offer?
I recently completed my final round superday interview with a large MM IB for a lateral position and about 2 hours after my superday interview, I received a call from the recruiter asking me about how my conversations with the team went as well as inquiring about certain logistical HR items (e.g., bonus payout timelines at my current shop, desired leveling for the position, visa sponsorship, etc).
During the call, the recruiter mentioned that she did hear positive feedback but will need to check-in with the team for the team's feedback, so no verbal offer communication yet.
Given this conversation with the HR, does it likely mean that I will get the job offer or is this more neutral (e.g., the HR calls all superday interviewee candidates)?
