Does where you do your internship matter?

Hello, so I'm a first year and unfortunately I didn't get any luck with super days or spring weeks even thought I put in a lot of work and even had a summer at a central bank on my resume. But It is what it is, that is all in the past and now I'm looking at what I can do. I'm thinking of applying for summers at BB/MM/EB in the Middle East / Poland / Egypt / Spain / Nordic countries / France / Germany. Since I speak most of the languages fluently/pretty well and I'm very very confident about my chances of getting in, I don't think it would be a problem to get in. However, I am a bit worried that it may not be worth it, and if when looking at my resume next year for summers or in the online application in other locations (US/UK), they might disregard those areas or even think that since I already have a summer that it might not be useful or interesting to have me.
