I have the same question. I have been looking into MM Banks and they have been around since 1870's. Having a hard time finding out past deals or any other info on the bank.
Only thing I can find is a few deals on CapIQ. Looks like they average far below 1 deal per MD, but have sold a few to reputable MM PE firms (e.g. Hamilton Robinson).
Based on its legacy, I'd guess it sources most of its deals from its wealth management/Asset Management clients and struggles to compete in bake offs.
I can confirm that there were two Dominicks involved in the creation of the firm.
