Ducera Insights?
Was looking for any insights you guys may have on the group structure at Ducera. Do they have industry coverage groups? I know they have their M&A, RX, and Growth Equity/VC groups, but was wondering how analysts are actually placed into these groups or if they overlap between multiple of them.
I am not interested in going into RX and would rather stay on the M&A side or Growth Equity/VC arm and was wondering if it was even possible for me to do that if I wanted to pursue it. I know Ducera RX is an absolute sweatshop and was wondering if that was consistent among other groups as well? Also, how are the senior bankers there? Are juniors given heavy responsibility, do they get heavy face time with clients?
