East Coast Non-NYC groups?

Freshman at a non-Ivy East Coast target (Think Duke/UVA/Georgetown etc), and for personal reasons I'm not really interested in NYC and want to stay on the East Coast. I was wondering if you guys could give me a good picture of what the IB scene looks like in East Coast cities like Boston, CLT, ATL, DC, and what the best banks/groups are to target.
