I would really focus on O&G coverage. SDF/PKK/DoD have been historically considered “T1” in terms of deal flow and junior comp.
Although HTS/SSG are typically considered to not be ‘REAL EBs’ by people on this forum, I can tell you based on chats with a few seniors that they are rapidly stealing market share, give great junior bonuses, but that WLB and culture aren’t as good.
