Asso 1 here at a top BB (GS/MS/JP) and made ~300k all in including bonus and have been hearing about all these EB Asso 1 paying ~$400k. I know their hours might be worse incrementally but $100k difference is kind of crazy. In late stages interviews with EBs - is grass really greener on the other side? Does the delta go away as we get higher up?
