ECM Interview Prep
Sophomore preparing for IB recruiting this spring. I'm interested in ECM but there doesn't seem to be a lot of interview prep material available. Would appreciate any advice on the best ways to prepare for ECM-focused technicals.
They will prolly ask about recent IPOs, follow ons, converts, etc — so maybe get in the habit of keeping up w transactions that come through and also factors influencing the equity market (inflation, CPI, VIX, etc)
