Seeking Alpha puts out some pretty good articles on the energy sector as well.
2nd FuelFix. Bloomberg section on the energy and commodities news is good as well.

Energy Outlook has some relevant information in the renewable energy area. The writer is very qualified and cites his material.

RBN is my favorite - they do a deep dive of something different every day. Seekingalpha has good coverage - also world oil, deal pipeline
Also its pretty SPE specific but if you can get your hands on someones subscription to the journal of petroleum technology thats pretty cool. Im a nerd for the fundamentals of the oil and gas business so I love this pub.
