Entry-Level Programs for a Future in Investment Banking
Hello everyone,
As a freshman at a semi-target/target university, I've observed fellow students from different institutions successfully securing positions at prestigious companies like the DeShaw Group, Goldman Sachs, and BCG. What caught my attention is that many of these students are undergraduates participating in programs like "Bridge to Consulting" or "DeShaw NYConnect." These initiatives not only provide valuable experience but also enhance their resumes, establishing credibility early in their career journey. It appears that these programs are magic pistons, invitation-based IB programs, but I may be mistaken.
I'm eager to explore similar opportunities, particularly those that pave the way for a career in investment banking. How could I join those? I attempted to look into the DeShaw NYConnect program, but I couldn't locate the application process.
Thank you for your help!
