I'm currently pretty far along in the interview process for ECM roles at two MM banks in Boston. I'm curious to know what typical ECM Analyst compensation looks like (signing bonus?, salary, bonus). Also, what do typical hours look like in the industry? One of the people I spoke to said on the desk at 7am and work until 6ish but sometimes much later depending on deals.
