During my current internship I've been involved in a few equity-linked deals (convertibles/exchangeables/mandatories) and I quite enjoy it. This is the sort of question the I wouldn't want to ask my boss... What are the exit opps? Convertible arbitrage funds? Or is that solely a convertibles trading exit-opp? What about distressed/activist funds?
And while I'm at it: Which banks have the best equity-linked desks?
