European Fairness Opinions/ Solvency Opinions database
Hey guys, I was wondering, would any of you know where one can fetch European Fairness Opinions?
It seems there isn't single European centralised database like US SEC-Edgar. So where can i find Fairness Opinions of the M&As, buyouts and other business processes? And for that matter the same could be asked about Solvency opinions?
Every advice would be very welcome!
