Evercore Capital Markets Advisory?

Anybody know much about Evercore capital markets advisory in terms of deal flow, pay, hiring etc. I know its a relatively new division they seem to be building out with some notable senior hires but can't find much on them or any junior people online. How do you think a cap markets analyst role would compare to Evercore m&a in terms of pay, hours, exits to pe/hf?
