Take w a grain of salt but had multiple people tell me they’re planning on filling all FT w SA

 

It’s happened before, but mostly because of extenuating circumstances. Not looked upon favorably. If you want to move internally, waiting 2 years and then moving for A3 is a reasonably common move.
