Does anyone have any info on Evercore Rx?
It seems like the major players in Rx are PJT, LAZ, and HL. I know Evercore is a great M&A shop with awesome people, but does anyone know about the RX practice? Exit, prestige, deal flow, etc?

IMO it ranks below the ones you mentioned but it is still a good shop, crush it and you are gonna have great exist opps on par with the guys from the other firms.
Do you have a summer offer from them?
They're a smaller shop (by design) than the others you mentioned. Take a very small summer class, but for FT they often hire from summers at HL and BBs (occasionally Laz, Moelis, etc.) that got returns. Wharton kids make up pretty heavy % of the class.

What is the culture at Evercore within the restructuring group and how is it to work for Ying? He is obviously brilliant, but I have heard that it can be difficult to work for him. There is also speculation that there has been a lot of movement at the the more senior ranks, including a recent SMD from Lazard. Does anyone have any insight?

I've heard that Everocore is hiring in the market right now. Anyone know for what levels (i.e. midlevels as well)?
I'm not too familiar with the current Evercore restructuring group, but I do know they have a great rep. Will talk to a friend who works there and see if he can comment here.
I'm very curious as well. Where do people usually go from Evercore Restructuring? Is it as good as BX Restructuring?
