Has anyone recently interview with this group in Evercore? Do you know how I can best prepare for this, besides following the news/markets? Any technicals I should be aware of? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Pay attention to what they have done, for example how that group brought in the whole foods opportunity.
Otherwise, and this may be ignorance, but I would treat it similar to a normal ib interview within a functional vertical.
Read some extra on M&A and Equity technicals, and maybe do some learning about the legal side of things. I would say primarily be prepared to think critically and give yourself tools to do so.

They’ve just started conducting interviews for the summer. They’ve closed their application already though.
