Hi, looking for any kind of information on the Strategic Defense & Shareholder Advisory group for Evercore. (a.k.a. ShareholderActivism / Raid Defense group)
Bill Anderson, a pioneer in the industry, left Goldman few years back to start the group, so I know it should be an amazing place to start if interested in shareholder activism. Has anyone been through the process before? Insight into the interview process?
