EVR 2027 SA ECM Group

Hello all, I have an upcoming first round over zoom for the equity capital markets group at EVR. Upon reading the email, my stomach has dropped and I’ve instantly become scared and concerned, as I’m not prepared at all. I have little knowledge of technicals and am reading everywhere that Evercore will grill on that section. Does anyone have any idea on what to expect and/or what I can do given such an incredibly short timeline to prepare?

literally a lot about the market, IPOs, equity vs debt, changes through equity, dilution, why xyz, how xyz. just all conceptual and understanding the why and how’s for every question you get.

not bad at all, just was exhausted after lmao

thanks. was there any specific concept or line of questioning where they really kept pushing or asked multiple follow-ups?  also should i expect those basic IB accounting statement links and all that?
