xx190, hey, look at the bright side, at least you didn't get a ton of monkey shit thrown at you...here is my best guess on threads that might be helpful:
More suggestions...
Hope that helps.
In london your looking at £90-120k, if your lucky. Most base will be £50-65k and bonus pay will be £30-50k
In USA your looking at $140-200k for analyst. Some shops in USA pay WAY above that like Ducera who pay $200k base but they are SWEATY averaging 80-95 hours as far as I hear.
Overall after taxes and what have you, you will be taking a discount in earnings of about 20-30% in london, with hours being broadly similar averaging 60-70 hours a week, with 60 being more realistic number.
Pretty sure it’s way more for US. Evercore 120K base and bonuses were 100-110% last year. That’s also not counting signing bonus.
Signing bonus for EVR was 25k, so analysts are clearing 250K if bonuses continue at 100-110%
Yeah TC should probably be around $250k
Ducera paid $85k pre the Street-wide raises, so think the OP meant TC.
Sorry but that is just completely inaccurate for UK. 60-70 hours pw at aforementioned shops? Make that 80+.
Comp 90k? Maybe pre raise at places like CS. PJT and CVP have consistently been 100k+ if not 120k+ post raise. Post FX discount is probably closer to 15-20% than 30% between London and NYC
Very Inaccurate for LDN. Can confirm for PJT, total comp including sign on is around 140k. Would expect CVP to be higher and EVR slightly lower
EVR surprisingly not very high in London - 63k base, bonus not dissimilar from Roths/Laz/Jeff. TC at CVP can reach 150 GBP.
Lazard pays Well
CVP raised to 110k base
LMAO Lazard comp is the worst from all of the EBs. They're known to have bad pay.All of the monkey shit im gnna get is from the butt hurt lazard Analysts.
